Rarotonga Poster.

Today Point Chev school came to May road school to learn about our culture and where we come from. They came in to my class so we can help them make a Google drawing to show what country they know most of. My buddy did a Google drawing on the island Rarotonga because he has been to Rarotonga twice and knows a lot about the island.

Today we went to eat your words which is a lesson that we do to help us learn about fruits and vegetable and how they help our bodies feel better. First we did played a game which involved matching the right sentence to the right picture. After that we played a game which was a taste testing game. We had to get in to buddies and one of us had wear a blind so they can't see what they are tasting. Then we had to give our buddy a fruit and they had to guess what is the name of the food that they are eating.

      Cross Country Race

Today we did our Cross Country Race and it was fun and Nerve-racking at the same time. When I was running I was also running with my friend Hamesh. I thought to myself 'will I beat him or will he beat me?',after a while we both agreed that it is "Every man for himself". We were near the finish line and I said "finally I'm near the finish line". At the end, I came third place and Hamesh came second. We were both proud and relieved to come a place on the leader board.

Last week we had Book Parade. We had to dress up as a book character for book week. My teacher was the Paper bag princess.The whole school had to walk around the court so the parents and teachers can look at our costume.Andrea told us a wonderful story.We had to pick the words for the story.

I have lot’s of relatives in my life but the person I love the most in the whole world is my Mum(Siana Tu). My Mum is my greatest treasure in the entire universe.

My Mum is the greatest treasure because she has beautiful brown eyes that sparkle. She also has long straight hair.My Mum is warm in the inside and beautiful in the outside.

I think My Mum is special because she is a loving,caring person. She is a humble mother with a warm kind heart.

I love my Mum the most because she takes care of me whenever I'm sick or injured. When I need help the first person I could think of is my Mum. She helps me when I need her like when I'm doing my homework. I love my Mum because she is my Mum.

My Mum is the greatest treasure in the whole world because in my opinion I think she is the most special person that I could think of.

5/3/14 Olaf the Snowman In the icy cold world there is a snowman. His name is Olaf the snowman he is a clumsy snow man with a cool attitude. Olaf is a snowman that has two stubby feet that look like snow balls.He has one big buck tooth that's whiter than a white piece of paper and has wooden sticks for hair and hands.He has a pointed carrot on his face. Olaf the snowman is a funny,kind,loving snowman and all these attributes lets Olaf make friends really quickly. He likes helping people with their problems, He LOVES talking to strangers and is always in a good mood. He can also dismantle his whole body to fit through small places. Olaf is a snowman that likes warm hugs that are as big as his heart.

My climbing wall story

The Climbing Wall! When I was walking with my group I saw a massive climbing wall with people climbing on it.My body was shaking, my heart was pounding, it was nerve wreaking. I felt afraid to climb the huge wall.I wanted to stop myself from climbing this wall but my mum encouraged me to believe in myself.The people from my group was cheering for me and that's when I felt I was confident to climb. When Taylor the instructor asked, ‘who wants to go up first?’ I put my hand up so I could get it over and done with. We had to put on the harness and a helmet for safety.Then he attached a rope to the harness. After that he picked some people to hold the rope so we don’t fall. We began to climb and when I was halfway through I felt very tired because my hands were on fire and my legs felt like they were going to break into millions of pieces.When I was nearly there I was so puffed out that I didn’t want to do it. When I reached to the top I felt proud of myself for climbing the big wall then Taylor said ‘let go of the wall’.I was going down slowly and when I was on the ground my hands felt weak and I was sweaty too. Next time when I go back to Motu Moana I want to go to the climbing and do it again. By Ace
